Oracle PL/SQL designer & developer — major automotive group · since Aug 2025
Alongside product work, I operate as a data engineer in a major automotive group's BI landscape — designing, optimizing and maintaining the PL/SQL that moves, controls and validates large volumes of enterprise data.
PL/SQL at scale
Design, optimization and maintenance of complex SQL and PL/SQL packages — procedures and functions processing large data volumes across multiple schemas.
Integration pipelines
External files loaded and transformed with SQL*Loader and control files, staged through temporary tables with quality gates — duplicates, consistency, completeness — before final integration.
Performance
Index management, query rewrites and execution-plan analysis to keep heavy batch processing fast.
Migration to Snowflake & delivery
Mapping of existing flows, progressive migration to DBT, and delivery with technical documentation, client workshops and pre-production and acceptance phases.
